Well and Boring Record

This report is a facimile of the Well and Boring Record, summitted to the Minnesota Department of Health by the driller. It is also refered to as a Well Log, Well Log Report, Driller's Log, or Well Driller's Log. The report include locational information - County, Public Land Survey description, addresss, identification (the owner's name), use and construction information, and a log describing the geologic materials drilled through.

Stratigraphy Report

This report displays the geologic information available for a well record. This includes the geological material description, from and to depths in feet, thickness in feet, elevation in feet, and the interpeted geology. Also provided is Information on the field verified well location.
